Note that User 2 uses Rogers email almost exclusively, and Gmail is secondary. It is quite possible that the IMAP set up with User2's mobile devices - iPad and iPhone could be the cause of this error. It was usually daily, but the last time was after we lost our Rogers internet connection around 3pm on, then again at 7:15pm on. The good news is that this is the longest duration without the error popping-up. SADLY and REGRETABLY, I have to report that User 2 received the message "Your IMAP Server has closed the connection" this morning at 9am.
